Where do I begin...

I have a 3D she is very smart. I have tried to keep her fathers rage and verbal abuse at a minimum for her little eyes. Now that we aren't living together he gets her alone. I know that I see the worst of his rages becUse I am his trigger, but how much time is too much for an impressionable toddler? She goes around telling everyone that "mommy and daddy don't live together anymore" and that breaks my heart and soul to pieces...I just don't know how comfortable I am ,given his current episodes, for her to be around him. I know he is her father, but I also know what growing up with a BPD father can do to you. Help...please.

I know the feeling (my daughters are 4 and 6) and have been alone with him since they were 2 and 4. Not good. But there is nothing you can do than wait until they start telling someone else what is going on. That, and to document as much as possible + taking care of yourself is the only thing you can do about the situation. Sucks, but that's reality. Also note that emotional abuse and raging does not count much, unless she is also physically abused.
