What is this?
Think About It... Some members think of "triangulation" as a dysfunctional behavior perpetrated on them by a person with BPD. And why not - this is how we often see triangles when we are in them and the '"odd man out"! However, seeing it this way is exactly the opposite of what we want to do to end the drama.. ~ Skippy

Mine did all of the time.It was almost like she was looking for one certain answer to prove that I loved her.I had forgotten about that.

It may have been an honest question - she may not have understood why you would love her. My ex had a terribly low self esteem and never felt like she deserved my love and could never believe that it was true.

If you loathed yourself, it may be confusing to you if others loved you (what's there to love?).
