What is this?
Think About It.... Letting go of the EX is sometimes extremely difficult if the EX is totally focused on destroying you and keeping you away from your children. You need to learn tactical ways to end the interaction, end the reactions to the EX that keep them going after you. Learning to redirect your energy toward your children is much more fun and rewarding. ~ Deena Stacer, Ph.D.

Thought i would share this link on here.

I understand how supportive BPDfamily can be and is an absolute goldmine for those that find this place, full of support and advice.

That said i found a web link for 1 to 1 advice and support.
They emailed me back within 24 hours with good solid advice for myself, not much more than i already knew or had learnt here or was already practising but again it gave me validation from a source that deals with separated families rather than personality disorders but very similar info was given and also new info and fact sheets reguarding my daughter.

Im sure a few would find this 1 to 1 advice/support of some use.

http://www.separatedfamilies.info/families/email-advice-service/

i emailed them directly using the email on there contacts page rather than fill the online form.
