Think About It...The basic premise of cognitive therapy is that the way we think about events in our lives (cognition) determines how we feel about them (emotions). ~ Jeffrey E. Young PH.D, Reinventing Your Life

Sometimes the guy in the driver's seat has the worst view of the road ahead.  And right now, I'm driving through thick FFFog (emphasis intended).

I see a lot of Red Flag .

I've told her how I feel.

I don't think she really thinks this guy is trying to set her up.  The thought may have crossed her mind, but I don't think she really believes that.  Anyway, I don't believe it.  I think his interest is real.

Beyond basking in his attention, I don't think W has any intention of having a physical affair.  I worry about the over the top communication and the type of bond that implies.

Still thinking things through.

And sometimes the guy sitting next to the driver has the same view as the driver...but understands the risks more than the driver does. You have less choices--you can point out hazards, or just shut up and pray, or you can get out of the car.

You aren't driving, and can't pick a safer road this time.
