I thought this was worth the time.  I cheated a little and fast forwarded past the intro, You will see what I mean. Always learn things I can improve on.

Finally got a chance to watch this. Thanks so much for posting; it was fascinating! And what a great organization to know about.

By the way, I loved the intro encouraging you to be in the moment. I think I am going  to listen to it every morning for a while...
