Think About It... What is the biology of the break-up. Attachment styles that emerge early in life influence how people handle breakups later on—and how they react to them.. Those with a secure attachment style—whose caregivers, by being generally responsive, instilled a sense of trust that they would always be around when needed—are most likely to approach breakups with psychological integrity. ~ Skip

Once upon a time there was a normal frog gifted with giving love, and helping others.Well one day this frog was basking in the sun on a river bank when a scorpion  approached him. Now this creature wasn't so normal. In fact he had a mental illness called Borderline personality disorder. The scorpion with BPD proceeded to approach the frog and started up with some fun, charming conversation. After a couple hours of this charming conversation the scorpion asks the  normal  loving frog if he could climb on his back and have a ride across the river. Not knowing the scorpion has BPD  the frog responds,I don't know Mr. scorpion if I do that you will sting me and we will both drown. The scorpion reply s  back. I wouldn't sting you frog , I wouldn't want to drown. So the BPD scorpion  charms the normal loving frog into saying Ok hop on. The frog starts swimming across the river when all of a sudden he feels a sting. The frog lets out a scream and says you stung me Mr. scorpion, why did you do that to me? we are now both going to drown. The Bpd scorpion reply s It's in my nature.

I guess so... definitely in the scorpion's acquired nature. lol What the BPD scorpion wants is love and he/she will do everything possible to avoid having it. A real tragedy. And the non? What avoidance do we have?
