What is this?
Think About It.... It is very important to talk to children about anger, about what they see in the world, and to evaluate the effects of the behavior they observe. Otherwise, their observations become the lesson itself.~ Jane Middelton-Moz, Ph.D., LCSW, Ultimate Guide to Transforming Anger

Just a quick reminder that there is some good info in at the top of this board for parents with BPD kids. There are links to book reviews and articles as well as other helpful info. Here is a link:

http://BPDfamily.com/message_board/index.php?topic=56210.0     Suggested Reading

http://BPDfamily.com/message_board/index.php?topic=114267.0   "What's a Parent to Do" -- mostly focused on those new to our board and new to BPD.

Also recommend book "Overcoming BPD" by Valerie Porr. Not sure if it is on the list yet.

I must have the courage to live with the paradox, and the strength to hold the tension of not knowing the answers, and the willingness to listen to my inner wisdom.
