The last three nights have all been bad dreams

Last night I woke up at least four times and had bad dreams about my exBPDgf every time I went to sleep. I dreamed about her becoming a full out slut sleeping with every guy that she could get her hands on. I saw her face and everything so vividly that it just tears me up. I even saw her in the middle of her activitys every time. Not the dreams I want =(

Wow... I had exactly the same and it was worse then even my worst imagination.

Had the same in the begining after she told me she went to bed with another men. Nightmares so vivid, it hurt me so much, I'd wake up and cry myself back to sleep.

Even awake I sometimes start imagining them togheter, I have to think of something else or I start to have like a panic attack or something

Had a similar dream last night about another guy she was with looking me up and sending me a message about how great the sex was with her. Made me want to throw up. Just another day of dealing with this nonsense.

Mine let a group of men perform the most scandalous acts on her, I really just can't put the specifics in writing. In my dream we were still together so she was also cheating. Then seeing the aftermath of it and her casually telling what happened made me lose it, so I hit one of these guys in the face but I can't seem to actually hit him no matter how hard I punch, like there's no power in my arms. Just awful dream, I felt devestated and it was so vivid that I keep thinking about it...

Yeah it started with her showing off her body as if it was the next big thing, and ended with her in a hospital bed all drugged up and then she looked like a homeless person when she got out. Its hard having those dreams, all day yesterday I was doing fine and not thinking bout her as much as I was. Then bam there go the dreams
