Dynamic., great list! You could pick one or two things and make an action plan to do it! Are you familiar with Hal Higdon's website for runners? If not, check it out. He has a doable training plan for a half marathon.

I got my BA when I was 39 while raising 3 boys, , with an uninvolved spouse. I am now going for my MA  cool

I found the more others doubted me, the more I wanted to prove them wrong... If something is important to you you find a way..

Go for it.  Doing the right thing  So happy for you.

I has always wanted to have a career, but it became a last priority due to circumstances, moving to another country without work visa, kids as well problems with h. Now with empty nest, I am all set towards that goal. I have never backed out from a challenge in my life. I do question whether I can do it at this age, with my h's condition, my future roles as MIL & grandma. But it is best to face the challenges & reach my goals anyway rather than regretting not doing it.
