We're somewhat looking into Project Transition (located in southeastern Pennsylvania).  I have heard that it was fantastic a few years ago and now it has changed (not for the better).  :)oes anyone know someone who has gone through the program (mainly recently) or has anyone heard anything about it?  Thanks!

Sounds interesting!  I am going to google... .  I lost my son last year, but I am doing advocacy work, so new information and innovative approaches are helpful.
