first day monday i was like oh my he won't make the week but he did. HE has been unemployed three and a half months, before he got this job, and he had training three hours a way for one week. 15  years ago he wouldn't of made it only because he was unemployed back then and out of town orientations he never lasted always quit and came home to overwhelming for him he is to old school  but he actually made it, lots of overwhelming but he made it.

I got the accounts all changed now we are in one account together we were before just now there is one account to handle not two. was really a hassel due to all the transfers a did.

THat is a big change also for him.

working nights will be a change also, lots of changes... .   but as i told him change is good... . Doing the right thing (click to insert in post)
