From Dysregulation to Calm to Fear of Panic Attacks

just wondered if anyone else has went through this... .I was told by my dBPDw t was that the reason the rage and things quit over the past few months is because she wasn't getting reaction out of me like she did before I got my emotions and actions in check nor like her ex never did he always responded in anger and abuse... but now I am worried about the fear of the fear with the panic attacks... .we are working through that with CBT and her writing a journal and slowly entering back into things she use to do... .Was just wondering if this has happen with anyone else... Thanks
