Being here is a good start. Knowing that others understand the struggle and anguish does make it easier to cope. Being able to vent where people understand makes a big difference. There's a lot of tools here, so read up on them. I've also found a few good books that have helped me understand and sort out my own feelings. But, number one is to take care of yourself. Most of us "nons" have trouble with this but it's essential to getting through it.
