well its been awhile since I posted on here,,actually my BPDwife found this site in my favorites and well anyway you could just imagine what all I was accused of after that... .anyway... she went through a little over 7  month severe panic and anxiety period and ended up in a stress center... .the one thing was all raging had stop along with everything else that comes with being married to a person with BPD that I have been dealing with for 2 years... .so they got her on new meds and she is doing great with the panic and anxiety... wellll... .her BPD traits have returned full throttle... .and of course I have been blind sided on how to use my tools I learned on this site and other reading... .man did I get turned black quick... .so I am back to retrain my self and obtain the great support and advise I received here before... .

Hello and welcome back!

Yep... .before I knew fully about BPD and what it entails... .I told my H about this site and the books and boy... .was that ever a bad idea. Now, I still come on here but never mention it, and I never do it at home.

It's better to not talk to them about their BPD, mostly it will end the way you got it.
