Hello,

I am a 29 yo female, married for 3 years. My husband has BPD and is not ready for treatment. His behavior affects me very significantly. I have an 8 month old baby boy. My mental state worsened in the pregnancy and post partum period. Now I feel I have symptoms of depression anxiety disorder and possibly may be even BPD. I dont know. But i need help. I don't know if I want to get a divorce or not. But thats only because I feel I'll become lonely after divorce. I don't want to look back and regret. But my condition with my husband is deteriorating everyday. I can't live like this anymore.

What should I do?

Thanks!

If YOU don't change, things will stay the same

Welcome

Sorry to see you feeling vulnerable, but it is good you found us.

It is all that much harder when you have a small child to contend with.

Whether you stay or not you need to learn more about this disorder and what you can and cannot do. There are tools to use that can help you reach better clarity and to at least stop things being worse than need be.

Have a browse through the Lessons in the menu on the right>> That wil help put things in a logical order for you.

Are there any particular aspects which are affecting you the most?
