Hello all... I need help

Hello all. I'm glad I stumbled upon this. I've been dealing with a borderline (and a bit narcissistic) husband for 5 years now. I'm about to my wits end. Getting help has taken forever, at first because of his denial and now because of the lack of help in our area. Everything is always my fault and I'm the only one who he treats badly now (as he's grown and out the house married with kids... .when he was younger it was there toward his parents and siblings). I just Dont know what to do anymore. He always hates me and blames me for everything no matter what I do or say. Anyway... .glad to be here. Thank you

What you're experiencing is very very tough, and you're not the only one. Hang in there, it'll get better. Most of us find this website when we're at our wits end so you're in good company.

You say there is a lack of help in your area. Have you got access to therapy for yourself?
