As another holiday approaches I'm left here with no plans bc I'm sick of making excuses up for him. Hate being with someone alone. Wondering how everyone deals with holidays and indecisiveness?

Unable to make plans. Told me to do what I want without him. Holidays create so much anxiety. Had therapy for me today which helped calm my anxiety.  Need to stop being codependent
