Well I saw my old boss tonight. She told me she was surprised to see ex working last weekend at a store she went to... .hmmm he hasnt reported any job.di

Now that you know where he is working it is your responsibility to report it to CSE. If I were you I would not say 1 word to him about it. I'd simply get in touch with CSE and give them the information. They'll likely start garnishment procedures without a word to him.

I think I was sort of wrong about ex working. My old boss told me she saw him working at a local store. A few days later her husband told me he was doing the lawn at this store. Ex's dad actually does the grounds for stores around town. I think he was really just doing stuff for his dad... .not a real job. But I am going to ask the state for help with this. The judge hasnt issued any support order even while only giving ex 6 hours a week in the newest order. Its ridiculous.
