Hi
Long time no post! I thought things were getting better. Diagnosis. Meds. New home, new start as requested. How does it go so wrong? 3 weeks, three benders. Driving drunk. Wrecking our home. Now laid on the bedroom floor weeing allover himself. I just want to run away. I can't stay... .but I can't go.
WHAT DO I DO?

Do you have any specific boundaries in place in regards to him going on a bender and you being exposed to the consequences.
My wife used to have serious drinking problems, but that was mainly before I knew about this place. Since being more clued up I had to deal with serial overdose dramas. Until I learned not to be there for the consequences, each and everytime, nothing changed. Constantly facing an empty house as a consequence of her actions soon deterred her.
