Little Bit's dad went to his non-support hearing today and they had to postpone it until the 26th because the judge was sick. 

He comes to town...now it hits him...he has to come up with money to get his support caught up OR HE REALLY IS GOING TO JAIL...freakin slower learner than I thought I guess.

His big plan...he's going to sell his truck for half it's value and plans on using MY TRUCK to get back and for to work!  (unless I want to give him the money?) 

WHAT IN THE HELL DOES HE THINK GIVES HIM TO RIGHT TO APPROPRIATE MY, HIS EX WIFE'S PROPERTY?

I SWEAR TO THE HIGHEST POWER IF I WAKE UP AND FIND MY TRUCK MISSING OUT OF MY DRIVEWAY I AM HAVING HIM ARRESTED FOR THEFT!

W...T...F?

Does he have keys, K? To your house or truck? I would get those back ASAP. Things could get0 murky if he has keys.

He shouldn't have keys as I took most of my spares and the ones on his set to my parents house when he was arrested for the domestic violence.  My neighbor has my other set and she knows everything about the situation so I doubt she would have given them to him.  I am going to call her to have her ask her husband and kids if they let him "borrow" the set at any time.   

Still...even though I thought I've had my bases covered with my keys, he lies like most of the population breathes and he may have hidden a set somewhere or with someone that I don't know about.  I can't afford to have the house and car locks changed this week as I've already spent most of last weeks check on bills and groceries.  (Dang the necessities of a life!)

In that case if the truck turns up missing call the cops. Wouldn't grand theft auto be a probation violation? :evil:

Grand Theft Auto...maybe 'cause he's played it so often on Playstation, he thinks in real life it would just be a game.

Well, that could work in your favor.  shocked If he does think it's a game then anything he tries when stealing your truck would DEFINITELY get him some jail time.

He just doesn't understand that being divorced means he is to GO AWAY does he? Why doesn't he go take his mama's car?  She created the monster.

Does he know how to hot wire a car?  It's fairly easy, although once it's hotwired, the ignition system is shot.

OMG may wonders never cease...he just called to tell me that he decided not to sell his truck. 

This is funny.  He said he "was thinking" and he decided it would be stupid to sell his truck because he needed to go to work...and...he couldn't "borrow" mine because he wouldn't have a ride over here in the morning.

He was thinking...HE WAS THINKING?

It's called remembering butt head.  It's remembering me telling him he was an idiot to sell his truck because he still had to get to work and telling him there was no way in hell I would let him use mine!

Again.  What a freak.

No matter how well I know my ex... and some of the stupid things my ex says/does... there are times when I just look at my ex with the stupid "what?" look on my face (not believing that I'm hearing what was said)!  I think if my ex was going to sell the car and use mine I would have given one of those looks LOL!
