Recovering at home on his 26th birthday Sunday night, Jan. 4, (victim) , said he was "doing pretty good."

He said he does not know why his live-in girlfriend of three months, 28-year-old (DOT), allegedly attacked him early Friday morning.

"She just went psychotic," he said. "We got into an argument and next thing I know, she stabbed me in the leg."

(Jurisdiction) police said they arrested (DOT), who walks with a limp because she wears a prosthetic right leg, Sunday, Jan. 4, two days after she allegedly stabbed (The victim).

(My city) police found (DOT), 28, in the 2000 block of H Avenue at 12:21 p.m. Sunday and took her into custody, according to (My city) police Sgt. AW.

She is scheduled to be arraigned at 9 a.m., today, Jan. 5, in (My city) Municipal Court on charges of felonious assault, kidnapping and domestic violence, AW said.

(Victim) said (DOT) held him at knifepoint for about three hours in the 400 block of (OS) Road, yanking a landline phone out of the wall and taking his cell phone.

He said just after 6 a.m. he told (DOT) he needed to use the bathroom, then escaped through a window, limping one-third of a mile to a friend's home in the 3300 block of SM Street, where he called police.

(The jurisdiction) life squad transported him to AMC in (My city) where he was treated for a "severe laceration," according to police reports.

(DOT) remained in the (My city) Jail Sunday night without bond, according to jail officials.

Yahoooooooo!  Hope they keep her behind bars for a while at least.  Maybe they'll get her some psych help as well.  Why not attempted murder?  He could have died.

Who the heck knows?  What will probably happen now is she will be bound over to the county grand jury and they and the county prosecutor will decide what charges they will go with at trial.  I just hope they don't grant bail.

I saw those alerts and I first wondered if they were DOT, but she looked so different, even the hair color and style made her look unrecognizable, and then I remembered that Jackson's ex was the one who lost a foot and assumed I had mixed up our tall tales of woe.

We all knew she was a ticking time bomb, so sad nothing was done to protect people before this happened...

I did read through some of the comments and a few people commented who obviously know her and her story. 

How could the boyfriend have been with her any length of time and not known she was really off the wall?  Could she have acted "normal" for long?

I think the initial attraction is she is wild.  Inmature men seem to like that kind of thing.  She parties with them.

After your local coverage of her being 'hopping, stabbing mad' along with her smirking mugshot we'll see how easily she finds men after she gets out of jail. 

This has to make you feel that Little Bit is even safer now.  It's nice when crazies get caught for their behavior.  Most seem to slide under the radar and fool a lot of people. 

Also, hope you get a better judge soon so you can adopt that little angel.  You two deserve it.

I went to the arraignment today.  It was really shocking to see how she really is now.  Nothing like the mug shot.  She was geekin (crack withdrawal, shaking, sweating, anxious, fidgeting), she was telling the judge her "demands" (that the guy get charged with DV because "I got bruises and pictures of 'em")  That she should be allowed to get out "OR" (own recognizance) because "these charges are stupid".  And it looked like she hadn't bathed in a month.  Her hair was about shoulder blade length, greasy, with blonde on the bottom and about 8" of new growth on top.

She did get bond.  It was set for $25,000 cash or surety bond for each charge.  I can't imagine anyone giving her a tic tac right about now, much less $7500 for her to jump bail and run... but ya never know.  Nobody was there for her at the arraignment.  There was a continuance on the arraignment until January 12th.  I guess we'll see what happens then.

Can she take Vulture with her? Vulture's one of them there annoyin' ones who never gets caught, yet in our neighborhood I hear about her idiotic, drunken behavior during the times the skids are with us. How does one prove that a crazy beeyotch is most likely driving under the influence every time she gets in the car? How does one get the police to believe and act?

Ugh. Again, I'm soooooooooooo glad DOT got busted. Hopefully it'll stick, and then maybe the doofus judge will finally see the light about the adoption.

Ah, the irony of a judge ruling that you should be able to adopt because she will be in an "already broken home."     No bias there.  No following actual rule of law there.

And just wait until DOT gets her female sentencing discount.

I'm hoping that since she is appearing in front of the same judge that went easy on her (with her last theft charge in December, he gave her an OR bond and she was a no show to court so he issued a bench warrant for her) that he learned his lesson.  He wasn't in a very good mood with her during her rantings at the first arraignment. 

It's not like this is her first felony.

Sickeningly true. Makes me want to go back to school and specialize in representing men (except the crazy, NPD/BPDish ones - hopefully I've become instinctual enough to sniff 'em out) in high conflict divorce situations. Under normal circumstances, that effort probably would have worked, except it didn't take much time for investigators to discover that the cuts and bruises were actually painted onto her prosthetic leg.

Well, she has been bound over to the county grand jury.  They reduced her bond to 18K but our city has a "holder" on her.  This means that because there were warrants through city court, if someone were to post bond for her through county court, she would be sent back to city jail because she has 195 days to serve on her convictions here.  They would also have to pay an additional 1K on her fines here. 

I think we are safe for at least a little while.  There isn't any way to know when the county grand jury will hear her case so for right now, she is in county jail.

Imagine this.  I spend my 2500th post addressing the very person that brought me here... DOT.  In a bureaucratic FUBAR, she was bonded out of the county jail sometime between last night and this morning and the deputies failed to realize they needed to hold her on the "holder" that our city court had on her.  So once again, she's loose, and most likely, "on the run" again.

This is crazy. BUT think what that must be like being on the run, she has no money or resources so must look over her shoulder all the time.

Remember the woman(prostitute) who got caught with Hugh Grant, that is what DOT looks like (ya I saw that article link). So shes very trashy, one legged and on the lamb. She's got to be severely stressed and there may be a reward to locate her so she cuold be chased.

I think the safety of jail is too good for her. Let her squirm and live in fear of reprissal shes made the bed, let her lie in it.
