Title: What to do when ex keeps calling you?
Post by: Oneneatguy on January 03, 2013, 04:44:54 PM
Hi,

I have been divorced for 7 months now.  Having read many of the posts on this forum, I told my udBPD ex that I don't want any contact.

She keeps calling me like clockwork every 2 weeks.

Any thoughts on how to handle the situation

Change your number or block her. It's really that simple if you don't want her to call.

Hi Maria,

I can't change my work number.

I will see if call blocking is a possibility.

Good idea.

It's hard and feels difficult to do. But I can tell you from experience it gave me a real feeling of safety that I needed when I needed NC. There's a workshop on NC on here- that might help you too. Search in the workshops on home page if you haven't seen it already.

Good luck
