Title: Controlling My Actions to My Emotions Seems to Be Working
Post by: wilsonian on September 03, 2014, 09:51:11 AM
ok... so going on a month now... .and had only one minor conflict for about 25 minutes(over the weekend)... .went outside came in ask her to to lay down and we hugged and cuddled and told her this is the world that should only affect us... .she broke down in tears and was extremely sorry for saying what she did to hurt me... .I have just been using the old crossing the street rules when we were kids... .stop... look... .and listen before I react... .so far its been the most awsome month we have had since we first started dating... .Just wanted to post and maybe someone would read this and give it a try... .as far as her healing the splankna and prayer seem to be helping her with some personal demons from her past... .

With practice you end up crossing the road without even thinking to look and listen, you just do it automatically, and you wouldn't think of crossing any other way
