Title: selfish BPD ex
Post by: letmeout on December 24, 2013, 11:42:20 PM
While having Christmas Eve with son and his family tonight, I walked into the room and started talking to his wife while he was on the phone, and he ran into the next room.

When he came back I asked him why he rushed out, and he said he was talking to his dad and didn’t want his father to hear my voice, or he would know that they were with me on Christmas Eve.  (I divorced his BPD dad 2 years ago and he is still in retaliation mode).

How horrible that my son would have to incur the rage of his father if he knew he was  visiting with me!  I’m glad my boys never tell me what is going on with their dad, and what they have to put up with. I would feel sorry for them all the time.

This event immediately reminded me of a joke though:

A patient walks into a psychiatrists office wearing only saran wrap. The doctor said "I can clearly see your nuts".
