I guess the people who have recovered from their exBPD aren’t on this forum anymore. God I’m looking forward to recovering from my unBPDexgf. This is such torment. Going on 10 weeks now since it all ended. NC for 8 weeks.

I mean I recovered from mine about 12 years ago, did it by writing tons of poetry, journaling, coming here, and seeking out/ truly learning how to love myself. That last one is the most important.

Sorry it’s so rough, there’s a lot of messages in various religious and agnostic places, as well as literature that helped me. Have you seen The Missing Piece and then The Missing Piece and the Big O? They should be on YouTube.

Growing up my favorite book was The Giving Tree, I’m now realizing how much that glorified codependency.
