Post by: Psalm91Mom on July 14, 2019, 07:42:52 AM
Hi I’m Psalm91 Mom and I’m new. I am looking for support , answers and solutions to continued neglect and coercive control tactics being used on my 14 year old twins by their stepmother since age 3 1/2.

She had done do much damage to by boys. My heart breaks but I continue this fight

Welcome, Psalm91mom -- although the reason you are here is not good, it is good that you found us. There are members on the board who can help and support you as you work with your situation. A number of members are divorced from spouses who are BPD of are married to a spouse whose ex has BPD -- There are similar enough situations to yours.

May I ask a few questions? What have the custody arrangements been in thevpast? Has anything changed since your twins have gotten older? And where has your ex stood on conflict of treatment between your twins and his wife?

What neglect and coercive control have your children been subjected to?  I'm guessing things got worse once they hit puberty.

If they've been with a BPD step mom since age 3 1/2, my bet is they've struggled since they displayed a kind of their own at about age 6-7.
