Title: When they leave is it really just sudden?
Post by: Johnsok on April 21, 2015, 09:00:59 PM
Do they always just paint you black and want to leave suddenly? I feel like I'm just waiting for that day to come and it's not fun, kinda scary to even think that way. Like what am I going to do today to set him off when will enough be enough. I think every break up has been led by me because of his actions and I see that he possibly pushes every possible button to see how far he can go. Of course when we "break up" we always end up back together but I have read so many stories on here of them just being cut off and I couldn't honestly imagine he would do that or maybe I just wanna believe he really does love me... .

Hi Johnsok,

I am sorry that you are going through this.

I understand how scary it can feel waiting for the proverbial ball to drop.  It is understandable to feel that way, since BPD behaviors can be dramatic and unpredictable. It does feel like you are on rollercoaster ride of emotions.

Have you tried setting boundaries to prevent him from pushing your buttons?
