Hi Baby bug,

*welcome*

I'd like to welcome you to  bpdfamily. That's the spirit! Are you in a r/s with someone diagnosed with BPD? Is there something specific that's challenging the moment? Is there something specific that you want to work on?

Yes I'm in a relationship with someone diagnosed with BPD.    I'm focusing on changing my own unhealthy behaviors... .not living up to my values, poor personal boundaries.  Always thought my easy going personality was a good thing, well it's not.  It's how I got where I am.  I take responsibility for my part in this relationship.

 |iiii  Don't drop your easy going personality, just add the boundaries and the tools.  It's amazing how much learning both those helps my current r/s as well as some of my work relationships.

Welcome to the board. Working on ourselves and self care is so helpful. Learning new skills can really help you manage the conflict that comes with living with a pwBPD.
