Not sure how to begin. I have been married for 26 yrs to a woman diagnosed with BPD. Tough going to say the least. Just wanted to let everyone know I'm out there slugging it out in the trenches as you are. Stay strong

Hi flavadave037,

*welcome*

I would like to join DotinOz and welcome you. I can relate with feeling emotionally exausted from the push / pull behavior with a pwBPD. It can feel like crazy making behavior to the non disordered partner.

26 years is a long history, I wouldn't know where to begin either. It's therapeutic to write and to get it off of your chest. You will see that you will fit right in. Many of our members here can relate with your experiences and can offer you guidance and support. You're not alone.

Do you have kids? Are you in marriage counseling or seeing a T? ( therapist ) How is your support network with your family and friends. What do you like to do for self care? I like to life weights.
