Hello this in OhMy,  You may wonder how i came up with this name.   I was registering and thinking of a username and i thought here I go Talking about my problems,  and though Oh My

Anyway.

My wife of 33 years has BPD we have been living with it for sometime... It seems to be getting worse, more bad days than good.
How do you find good days,  How do you take care of yourself?

Hello there *welcome*

It takes courage to talk about your problems, we are not the kid of people who run away from listening to them. We all need to be heard.

I'm sorry to hear things have been getting worse. 33 years is a long time, so you must be doing something very well. Knowing your partner and BPD are the only things that would help you finding good days. You have to be willing to change some things (the way we look at things) that have been the same for a long time, and that's no easy task.

I'm not very good at taking care of myself, so I'll let someone else to tell you about that.

Good luck!
