I have to keep proving i love him through his "tricks". His word. Many percieved hurts. Once I realized he has this disorder I did a lot of reading. The information on how I handle issues has been priceless! It is still a struggle though.

Hi Holdingon, We are happy you found our site as everyone here has been effected by BPD in some way. R/s with pBPD can be particularly challenging as we depersonalize many of the behaviors associated with the disorder combined with their need for reassurance due to abandonment fears. I hope you can post more when you are able. These accusations are not just ... .hey did you... they are full on one sided fights. I usually deny it once and ignore him. Doesn't make him quit but eventually he runs out of steam, smiles and says ya I know just checking. He wove a wild story about how his ex gf was pregnant and she asked him to go with her to get an abortion... .many details, talked about it all night long and at the end of the night said it was all fake he just needed to know if I really loved him or not.
