Hi all.

Upon starting therapy my T instantly told me to read this book. I had wrote her my story and she instantly recognised cluster B.

I have read around half of this book and I must say it has so far been a very eye opening experience. BPD always has resonated with me in regards to my ex and I have read literature on covert Narcassism which again I could resonate with. I never delved all too much into Narcissism because the BPD fit so well. This book details very subtle behaviours of Narcissistic abuse that I never even saw before, I am starting to believe my ex to be both BPD and NPD now which in all honesty adds further confusion to an already confused mind.

I am also starting to embrace the possibility that a "caregiver" from my childhood was in all likelihood NPD.

The author appears to be a university graduate in psychology, who is a Narcissistic abuse survivor. She has several books published, this being one of her latest.
