If you have some time, this is a wonderful workshop. The intro post was thought-provoking and then I scrolled down to 2010's post, which hit home for me. The lonely child and the abandoned child explanation of a non/BPD relationship resonated deeply within me and where I am in my stage of therapy and recovery. This would be a non who is codependent and has core issues to address, realizing we are all individuals. daze |
