Post by: raydz21 on February 03, 2013, 11:19:50 AM
she is a close friend uBPD with narcissistic traits. i wanted a relationship. she didn't i guess or had no use for me in that way. she loved me as much as anyone. it got to where i had to let go. i have to be at the super bowl where she tends bar. it's been 5 months no contact. should i be like "hi" and "bye" or what? i'm tortured. any suggestions?

If you are at a restaurant/bar during the Superbowl and she is bartending, she's going to be very busy, so you have a ready made excuse to not interact much (even if you were together, you wouldn't be talking to her while she's got her hands full).  I'd say that total avoidance would draw more attention to things than getting your drink, being casual and then spending your time with your friends and watching the game.  My two cents.
