Title: My first post here Post by: nolisan on February 16, 2013, 08:45:36 PM It has been four months out of a r/s with a woman with cPTSD that looked/felt just like BPD - may have had both and other PDs.
There I go again lol ... . focusing on her. What about me? How the heck did I get into something like this? At the end of the day the r/s has taken me into a new realm of recovery (4 years sober, 8 clean). I have started working ACoA and CoDA. I have read a dozen amazing books. Two quick thoughts to share: I am powerless over other people No one can make me feel bad about myself unless I give them permission.
