Title: Booked a vacation with DH Post by: cfh on February 23, 2013, 08:02:28 PM Ds is still in jail in CO and has three months to go before he will be transferred back to NY for 12-18 month court mandated rehab.
DH and I had a long talk and though money is soo tight we said wth... . you can't take it with you! So we are taking a vacation before ds arrives! We're so excited. Every other time we have tried to sneak a few days away we always got that emergency phone call. This time we know he is safe, we won't have to cancel our plans or rush home to some chaos! Sad about cancelling trip but better safe than sorry
