Does anyone have any links to tools to help stop ruminations? That would be great. Thanks!

I have found that my ruminations are feeling sorry for myself or sitting on the pitty pot.

For me the easiest exit from my pot is another persons pot.

I find that if I can find value in myself by helping others, I have little time or inclination to feel sorry for myself and wrap up in the misery of my past.
