Title: Dealing with other setbacks
Post by: Wooddragon on March 15, 2013, 04:07:51 AM
I'm finding myself coping quite well on a day to day basis after 14 months of "relationship" 9 months of quasi recycled friends w benefits & 3 weeks NC. But other setbacks really send me into a depressive "I'm hopeless/not good enough" tailspin. Have others experienced this & does it get easier in line with letting go? I only think about him half the time now & consider this an improvement!

Yes, wood dragon, this is an improvement, thinking about him only half of the time.  |iiii

Getting better is often not something linear.

Can you tell us little bit more about the "other setbacks"? What kind of things let you feel depressed?
