Title: Has anyone found . . .? Post by: Someday . . . on March 18, 2013, 01:43:02 PM Has anyone found an effective RTC for someone 25 that costs under $10,000? I am looking for something that doesn't have a huge emphasis on substance abuse (a minor part is ok, just not a major part). Any, and all, suggestions are welcome!
