Title: Something went right for me today :) Post by: mango_flower on April 02, 2013, 06:52:41 PM Still dealing with same old drama re: ex - she owes money and had the cheek to email today to ask me if I am moving out of our shared place, as she wants to know about the deposit! (erm well seeing as that's about 10% of what she owes me, I think I'll be keeping that!)
But on to the positive - I found a shared house today! It's great - the other housemates seem so lovely and friendly :) :) :) And it's SO freakin' cheap! £270 per months - all bills included! For anyone who doesn't understand £... . it's about ONE THIRD of what I'm paying now for this place including all bills... . So excited and happy. Landlord doesn't even want a deposit, which is amazing! The place is right near a lot of my friends, and it just feels like for the first time in forever, something went right for me today... . I am looking forward to moving in and having company and making new friends... . fresh start and all that. Still have the headache of sorting this place and selling all furniture, washing machine, sofas etc etc... . but at least I have found a place to move into! Yeah! It is mine, all mine, without the pressure of walking on eggshells. At times it is a bit lonely but I don't have to concern myself with a toxic (for me) relationship that was destroying my self esteem. Hope you find peace in your new place.
