Title: Shouldn't their shame keep them from recycling?

Sometimes I feel like the shame they have for what they do would keep them away from trying to recycle a past relationship, no?

FN, can you explain your definition of recyle? Do you mean your ex calling you after 2 months of NC or are you referring to the late night calls asking for you back?

Shame = who we are - "I am a mistake"

Guilt = what we do - "I made a mistake"

Well maybe I don't mean recycle.

I'm just wondering that shouldn't their ego or their guilt keep them from trying to get back together?

And I guess I'm referring to the calls asking for me back especially if its after a long period of time
