Title: This day has finally come. Ex's got a new gf.
Post by: DepressIsolatedMeg on April 17, 2013, 11:13:59 PM
I feel like crying. Just a few days ago he begged me to get back with him. I told him no, I told him we are through.

Today I found out he's got a new gf already. I am not surprised. I've been waiting for this day to come... .

but somehow I still feel like crying. I feel so alone. I wish I have somebody here with me too. But I am not like him. I am learning to be on my own, and I am waiting for the right person to come. But at this moment I feel like crying. I need supports.

So sorry, DIM, and some big   !

Yes this hurts, I feel with you.

And its okay to cry. Its okay to feel hurt and cry.

This will not disturb your process to be on your own.

Sorry to hear that. I understand your pain. I think what hurts the most is when they stop wanting/chasing us. It's not so much wanting the relationship back... . because obviously if we are here then it probably wasn't that good. It's the sudden lack of attention and the feeling of being discarded - even if you dont want them back. It takes time. Stay strong. I found that it helped to let it all out and cry. I usually felt better afterwards. Feel better.

It is a terrible feeling... .   the worst... .   even if you know it won't last it's really a rough thing to get your mind around... .   even if it wasn't BPD involved this is never easy... .
