Title: Re: neurofeedback Post by: Sum1 on April 26, 2013, 05:37:17 PM interesting that you bring this up... . I started looking into NF a few months ago... . and I think its very promising for BPD's... . as we all know research shows that portions of the brain related to impulse control are undeveloped in BPD's... . this could train the brain to more rationally handle stress... .
I am wanting to do NF for myself to control my anxiety and depression... . nothing else seems to have a lasting effect Title: Re: neurofeedback Post by: qwaszx on April 26, 2013, 07:14:39 PM ok sweet thanks:) i was thinking i would give it a shot for my ADHA too... . sounds worth it... . just looking to find someone around ya location.
