just to say thank you to you all, as whenever I feel desperate, I come here and sharing your feelings, experiences, suggestions is really of help. Thank you

Hi Billa!

It's nice to know there's a place to find folks who really understand what we've been through. Glad you're here!

Best Wishes,

Thank you too

I firmly believe that we have to stick together here, and to learn and heal.

We know because we have all been there  , and we only want the best for each other  :)

This place is not only helping me it's helping my friendships in that I don't have to share my circular ruminations with them.

I told my sister last night it's been about a week since No Contact with my ex. She replied, "I didn't know you still spoke with her"

Keeping her out of the loop as much as I can is a gift to her and to me. I really don't like to share these stories with to many people. But here, to read so many similar stories with similar dynamics the average person (hopefully) has not experienced or more likely didn't want or need to get sucked into Crazy Land.
