Title: Despite Manipulation, Maintained Boundary
Post by: Diligence on May 01, 2013, 03:44:27 PM
I just held firm in the face of verbal bullying and manipulation from my xuNPDh.  I stated and maintained my boundary.  I did not yield to his presumption or accusation.

In the aftermath, I feel agitated.  Though I held my ground, I did not feel detached.  I felt angry.

So, let me remember that I cannot change the way I am treated by others.  Rather, I can protect, care, and love myself.

I would like to have a miraculous cognitive/emotional healing!  I wish... .
