Title: Has your ex accused you of having BPD?

I found this very frequent, saying I or a close friend "probably has BPD" (not the case)

Have any of you experienced this?

BPD is a longstanding pattern of interpersonal relationship instability.  It crosses many affecting family, friend, romantic and work relationships.  The characteristics is a fear of rejection, hostility, mood lability (moody quickly changing), self destructive behaviors (drug use, gambling, etc), and sometumes self harming or suicidal behavior.  Its a deep seated way of experiencing the world.

It isn't a one off bad relationship.  A person can have trusts without the disorder.

It's good to assess our patterns and our partner.  It could give a better understanding of what is really going on.
