Title: NC from me for 48hrs, calls have started Post by: papawapa on June 09, 2013, 09:45:29 PM She left two weeks ago tomorrow. We didn't really talk for a few days after she left then she strung me along for a week until Friday when she finally said she was finished and moving on, didn't want me anymore. She left the kids with me, S11 & D10, and I moved out of what was our home and in with my parents, she knew ahead of time that is what I was planning on doing. I left her a letter and said if she wanted to talk to the kids she could call here. She went about 48hrs until she tried to call twice this evening. The kids do not want to talk to her. I am afraid because at this point she has all legal rights to the kids and if she wants to she can show up here with the police and take the kids.
I am planning on having the kids talk to her if she calls again tomorrow, I expect she will, and articulate to her that they don't want to talk to her and why. Is there anything I am missing? Other than her being convinced that it is because of me that the kids don't wish to talk to her, is there anything else I need to be prepared for?
