Title: Support Groups Post by: lonleyandlost1 on July 04, 2013, 11:06:18 AM Does anyone on here know of or attend any in peCaliforniarson support groups in Northern California? I just feel like it might be beneficial and theraputic to attend if there were any out there.

Or perhaps one of the BPD specific websites will have links to point you in the right direction. I think the membership here may be too scattered (geographically) to be of much help locating a particular group.
Good luck! Title: Re: Support Groups Post by: united for now on July 05, 2013, 11:32:28 AM I believe TARA has a couple of groups in California. They normally have a large parent presence, but all are welcome.
You may also wish to check out NAMI to see if they have any groups. They target mental illness in general and aren't BPD specific, but you will find understanding and acceptance from them. Title: Re: Support Groups Post by: arabella on July 05, 2013, 03:33:13 PM The National Education Alliance for BPD runs a family support program called 'Family Connections'. I believe you can find local groups via their website:
