Title: Finding Closure
Post by: papawapa on July 06, 2013, 12:51:22 AM
I was hoping to get some closure from my exBPD. I now realize that is not going to happen. I found this website www.menwhoareabused.com/ (http://www.menwhoareabused.com/) The videos there are incredible! Each one describes her perfectly. I have found my closure  :)

I took the liberty of watching these videos too and found them helpful. I am not sure they offer me complete closer, but they are a start. The woman I was involved with had various personality disordered traits, but the narcissism ones and the way they are described in these videos definitely capture a lot of what I experienced in my past relationship (we broke up almost 4 months ago). However, I am still trying to make sense of a lot of what happened.

Hi Papa!

Many members find the ending of their relationships without closure very difficult. There are a variety of ways that we talk about here, like writing a letter and not sending it, etc.,  in order to have "mock" closure if you will, that aid us in our healing and ability to move on. I hope this is your way, and that you are starting to feel better about the whole matter!

Best Wishes,
