Title: BPD and Parental Alienation
Post by: dave32165 on July 24, 2013, 09:30:11 AM
Hi.  Based on my own experience and from what I've been able to read, I think there is a strong association between BPD and Parental Alienation, which usually occurs at the time of a divorce.  I wrote my story at:  parentalalienationisreal.info

I hope it helps other non-BPD parents to avoid making the same mistakes I made.

I'd appreciate any feedback on how I can make it a better resource.

Dave

From what I experienced first hand as a step father with a BPDex I noticed alot of this type of behaviour.

Truly appalling acts like making her 3 year old son choose favourites between parents, step parents and also the rest of the family's. I had no idea she was doing this but after we broke up I was told by my parents they had to tell her to stop this on a number of occasions as it was hard enough being a step parent let alone when the mother is alienating behind your back!
